Following God’s Leadership
This lesson deals with times when a person feels God’s prompting in a certain area, but it clashes with the authority that is involved. It gives four steps to follow:
Step 1 – Ask God to reveal his will.
Step 2 – Listen to advice and approach your authority with care.
Step 3 – Realize you may have been called, but not yet sent.
Step 4 – Ask God to develop you.
Two biblical examples were given in this and the previous lesson: Daniel and Esther. Give another example from the Bible, history, personal experience, or someone you know or have heard about. Be prepared to share it with others in your group.
